It is located upstairs, for four adults and adjoining the owners' farmhouse.
Living room of 48 m2 with fully equipped open kitchen. Relaxation area with 127 cm television. Master suite of 35 m2 with Italian shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. Mezzanine of 30 m2. The two beds are 160X200. Private terrace with weber barbecue, plancha.

We are at the bottom of a very picturesque village between vineyards and lavender.
Just 10 minutes from the A7 motorway exit, Montélimar Sud, the cottage is ideally located in a tourist region.
5 minutes from Grignan and the famous castle of the Countess of Sévigné. The village is famous for its correspondence festival, its night parties, its summer festival. Its many restaurants. Also nearby is the Clansayes golf course (3 kilometers), plus its hiking trails (the Chantemerle crevasses), cycling and horse riding (Roustang club 4 kilometers away). Many cellars nearby and tasting.
10 minutes away, St Paul Trois Châteaux (sports complex, swimming pool, 16-lane bowling alley). Richerenches, capital of truffles.
15 minutes away, the crocodile farm in Pierrelatte. Montélimar and its nougat.
30 minutes away, the large Sagittaire aquatic complex in Vinsobres. Nyons, picturesque village and its famous market. The authentic Roman city of Vaison-la-Romaine. The Ardèche gorges (canoe rental) in Vallon Pont d'Arc. The ancient theater of Orange.
Less than an hour away is Mont Ventoux, the land of Buis les Baronnies (Natural Park), Dieulefit, Avignon and its festival, Île sur la Sorgue, Gigondas, Carpentras.
